Default Send update to only one meeting invitee

the original question was about someone who deleted their copy and needed it
resent - so they are in the attendees list already. No need to remove them
and re-add them.

True - but unless they send you an acceptance they won't be in the
list of attendees, so if you change the time of the meeting you will
have to remember to add them to the attendees. Even if they do accept
the invitation, they will appear as optional guests.
