You could use outlook for both, otherwise that is the only way. If you
tend to click a lot of mailto urls or use file, send to commands for one
account, set it as default. You can also set up a personal acct in
outlook and use it for sending from the personal acct using mailto's etc
(enter a fake POP server so you don't download mail into outlook).
