Where is the Mail applet in the control panel?

Use the Mail applet in Control Panel to remove the Exchange account from your mail profile, since you apparently don't need it.

When I open Outlook, I am prompted for a Microsoft Exchange Server, but I do
not use one to access the Internet. When I cancel out of the dialogue box, I
have a notification that Outlook is not an offline application and then it
closes out. Any ideas on how I can bypass this step and use Outlook?
