When you write to people, do you put what you want to say on the envelope and
then leave the envelope empty? That's what you've done here, thinking that
the subject is adequate to contain all you want to say. It may be in this
case, but you should avoid the habit.

You didn't look on Yahoo before asking, did you? Log into Yahoo. Click your
Contacts folder. Click Tools, then Export. Next to the label "Microsoft
Outlook", click Export Now.
