Hi Diane, and thank you for your quick reply.
there are those of my so called friend who persist in forwarding on to me
emails which have a multitude of email addressess in the body of the email
some time as many as 100. i would like to create a rule which would stop this
type of email beeing recieved by me. unfortunately the email addressess
included with these emails is never the same so i cannot create a rule from
these emails, which i think of as spam.
How do companies using exchange stop this type of email?

well, to filter any one email address, you'd use body contains @ (use
@domain if you only want to affect a certain domain) but I know of no way
within outlook's rules to have it look for 2 addresses.
