Thanks for suggestion Brian, maybe I'm setting things up wrong but when I
try ToolsOrganizeUsing Colors it's working on what my email address is
shown as rather than the actual e-mail address. So as example anything to
will get caught only if I tell to look for "jbloggs" the
then have to set up another setting to get anything to joebloggs, is there
not a way to simply target my actual e-mail address in one setting?
You said you wanted to color the mail arriving at each of your addresses,
correct? Click ToolsOrganizeUsing ColorsAutomatic Formatting. Click Add
and give the rule a name that indicates the first of your accounts. Click
Font and choose your color. Click OK. Click Condition. In the Sent To
field, enter "jbloggs" and click OK. Click OK. Click Add again and give this
rule a name that corresponds to your second account. Click Font and choose a
color. Click OK. Click Condition and in the Sent To field, put "joebloggs".
Click OK, then OK again. Close the Organize Pane. All your incoming mail
should show up colored by the username of the receiving address. Instead of
the address, you can select the account if need be using the Advanced tab of
the Conditions dialogue.
