Default Setting up a rule help

I guess it's one of he settings I need in that advanced tab but I've tried a
few and no luck so far. The simple fact is (if possible) I would like one
simple rule of anything arriving in my (not a genuine mail
address) to be highlighted in a specified colour. With around 100 choices to
chose from in the advanced panel I'm struggling here!

It if's not a genuine mail address how could you be receiving any mail sent to
it?

What I described to you will work if the recipient address contains "jbloggs".
