Tentative is the best way right now - I also recommend using subjects that
show the type of appointment you are available for - Phone calls only,
@Downtown office, etc.

It would be nice to have an option to Show Time As...with different than
the
default settings. Like we have Free, Busy, Out of Office and Tentative
right
now in the systemm it would be nice to have other options, like Working
Remote (so the user knows I am available, but not in the office) or even
options to create our own system wide and define within the organization.
With the popularity of telecommuting only getting more widespread, the
option
to reflect that in the scheduler would help out the meeting organizers a
lot.
Just an idea.
Thanks.
If anyone has suggestions as to how we can do, that would be great.
Currently, I set my entire day to Tentative - this prompts the meeting
organizer to contact me if they need a face to face.
