I am operating on IE 7 xp media center edition sevice pack 3. Ever since I
updated my computer to the serivce pack 3 yesterday it won't let me switch
identities. Everytime I do so, outlook dissapears and I get this message.

Outlook Express could not be started because another instance of it is still
running on your computer. Please log off windows and then restart Outlook
Express. If the problem persists, save your work, and then restart your
computer.

At this time I then to ctr, alt, del and end the process of MSIMN.EXE and
then when I click on outlook express it will allow me to get back in. Any
ideas so I don't have to end this process everytime I switch identities?
