Default Can't switch identities

Thanks for the replys. There are 3 identities set up, a master account, My
name and then my wifes name. The master account is never used and was never
renamed, just something time warner set us up with and then when I called
them a few years ago for help with e-mail they had me set up one for my name
and her name. If I switch identities from my name Nathan to her's Kelly it
never works. If I switch from her identity Kelly and then to mine Nathan it
"sometimes works" maybe once out of 5 times. But yes outlook dissapears
after trying switch identities and I cant access outlook again unless I end
the process then I can get back in.
