It does too. It's in the hidden folder %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook.

When I close that error message the next one appears.

Unable to open default email folders. Access is denied You do not
have permission required to access outlook.pst.

It's likely that your PST is read-only. Did you copy this PST from a CD?
