Default Aligning a shifter roster to outlook calendar

Define "align" ? Where do you expect to see this alignment? In Tools,
options, calendar options, workday? (won't happen, you need to make
appointments)

From appointments: Do the times and dates fit a pattern?

To create shift appointments, you need to make recurring appointments within
the time periods - ie, if you work 9a-4p 5 days a week, every other week,
make a Weekly appointment that recurs every 2 weeks, every
mon/tues/wed/thurs/fri. Repeat for the others.

If its 2 weeks one schedule, 2 weeks another, you need a new appointment for
each day in the pattern (4 weeks worth) then have them recur every 4 weeks
or for each period of 2 weeks. Weekends will need to be added each time,
unless you always work every 3rd weekend or the 2nd weekend of every month-
then you can make recurring appointments.

Good Day how do i align my work roster which is shifted to my outlook
calendar. For example:

I start work at 9am in some weeks of the month and end at 6pm & 7am to 4pm
to the other weeks of the month. i also work 1 weekend a month. How do i
get
my outlook calendar to align to that?
