Default How to show business travel on outlook calendar but still can call in for meetings

You need to create tentative appointments and use a subject that identifies
what you are available for "Phone calls only", "In LA, avail local clients
and phone calls" etc

How can I show on outlook calendar, that I am on business travel but I am
still available for meetings, so that when someone else wants to schedule
a meeting with me, they would know that I am not in the office but still
available for meetings. Thanks in advance for your help
