Default Is there a way to make a permanent attendee to all appointment

Diane;

They don't necessarily need to be meetings. They are just the appointments
for the day that he has to attend to. An exchange server? I don't know what
you mean by that.

the only way I'm aware of it making a custom template with his name added.

Do you need to set these up as meetings? Are you using exchange server?

I work for a very small company: just my boss and I. When I schedule his
appointments in Outlook Calendar, I always have to add his name/e-mail
address as an attendee. Is there a way to set-it-up where it automatically
brings in his name as default along with mine instead of adding it each
time?
He swears there is.
