Diane already did so. This is not rocket science. How much more detail do
you need?
1. Create a view that contains the field you want to print. Do you not know
how to create a view of your Contacts. Use the View menu.
2. Print the view.

I am amazed. One, by the cryptic, unhelpful answers and two, by the fact
that MS seems to make it so difficult to use/manipulate/migrate/whatever
information that YOU, the user, have filed away in one of their programs.
Is
there anyone out there that can explain in simple, easy to follow steps,
how
I print out my email addresses? Export a file as a .csv doesn't work - I
get
the names but not the email addreses.

I asked this question yesterday and got a link to the response but the
page
opens blank, nada, zip. My question is: How do I print a hard copy of
my
email addresses from my Outlook email contacts?
