It depends whether Outlook, or Office, is an OEM copy supplied with your
origonal PC, if yes then its not transferable.

The key is on the cd/dvd case
You reinstall from the media, or from the download installation file if you
obtained it on line
Belarc Advisor, or MagicJelly Bean, can both detect the key on your old PC -
assuming the app is on it
