Opening DBX files in CD

I burned some OE e-mail files to a CD. As you probably know (as i found
out)
they are DBX files. (What ever that is).
Now I have these OE files on a CD with no way to open them.
Is there a way to open these files? Or is there a way to put the OE files
on a CD in a form other than DBX?
I have Win XP Home, and IE 6, and OE 6.
