The initial load should be slow as it needed to update the pst/ost but after
that is should be faster. If everything was installed at once, I'd probably
uninstall some of the updates and reboot. (Windows will reinstall them
later.) As for which updates to uninstall, I have no idea which one(s) would
be the best candidate - maybe all the windows updates?

FWIW, I also have rebooted to see if that might have an effect; it didn't.
Am I alone with this? I can live with this but I always thought things
