I have installed a standalone version of Outlook 2007 to accompany Office H &
S 2007. The Outlook Today buttion is missing from the Navigation Bar.
Outlook Today is listed as a short cut, which does not allow specifying it

the default page. When sellected as the short cut, OT does not display all
of the information.
I loaded my .pst from my other computer running Outlook 2000/2002. The .pst
was imported from a USB stick from Outlook 2007 . Some of the data did not
transfer from Outlook 2000/2002.
Outlook Today is just the root of your PST. Right-click that root and choose
Properties, then Home Page. Click Restore Defaults.
Import/export is never the proper way to transfer data from one Outlook
instance to another. See this:
