You can't change it - the all day event is linked to the time zone it is
created in and when you change time zones, it stays on midnight - midnight
in the zone it was created in.

Not a new topic but still an open question.
Birthday/anniversary entered in contact detail shows as all day event. I
travel constantly and change time zones. How can I avoid the item changing
to a two day event and how can I repair the damage to my calendar?
Isn't this a Microsoft/Outlook bug?
