Create a new Mail Profile, via mail applet in the control panel, add a new
data file and your accounts - dont copy the old profile - test the
accounts - then start Outlook, if the same error msg, then start Outlook
using the safe switch, in Trust Centre disable all non MS add-ins, then
restart outlook
And if you have any intergrated anti virus application, uninstall that first
