Default Darn icons

See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/libr...ffice.11).aspx for
causes of the generic icon instead of the custom icon.

I have been researching online for at least an hour & can't figure
this out.

I created a custom contact form in Outlook 2007 (on Windows XP) and I
changed the small & large icon on the property tab to the contact
looking icons in the microsoft/forms/1033 directory. Everyone it looks
like the icon is correct until I create a new contact in the folder
defaulting to that form. I do not WANT the post icon to show up.

I do not fully understand the "send form definition with item" button
but it is not checked (I tried checking it and it did not work
either).

Not sure why these things should be so complicated. )

Tammy
