Default automatic display of name

Autocompletion in Outlook does not use your Contacts like it does in OE. It
uses a cache of names of previous recipients. So it won't work until you
populate that cache by sending messages, and it will not allow you to
control the format of the recipient name.

I'm converting from OL Express to Outlook 2007 so I'm familiar with OLE.
In
Outlook 2007 how do I automatically display a name when partially entered.
i.e. In the 'To' I enter "John" and "John Doe" is filled in. Secondly, I
would like to get "John Doe" not . Is there an option window
I
can't find that will allow me to customize my email profile behavior?

Thanks for the help!

Kim
