Do you usually use the Group By box and group as you like to see them? Do
that in the Public Folder.

What kind of "groups" are you expecting to see? Did you create a view with
the scope "in this folder visible to everyone" that shows the items grouped
by a particular field?

Hi
I have a small problem that I don't know how to solve.
I need to create a contact list in Public Folders that everyone in the
company can use through Outlook 2003.
I have created the contact list in the Public Folders but I am having
trouble getting them out to each user.
I have created the contact list with subfolders were I have placed some
contacts in. But when I try to access the contact list it shows all the
contacts in one long list. It doesn't split them up into the groups I have
created.
I hope this makes sense otherwise ask and I will try to answer in the best
possible way.
Best regards
Lasse
