Default File as in address book

I have a similar question.
I would like to display the detailed adress card with the "Lastname,
Firstname (Company)" on all the card headers with out going into each card by
hand and changing the "file as" format.
If I copy the contact list out to a ".csv" file format is there a filed that
cab changed to show this information the same way?
Current display:
Doe, Mr. John
Desired Display:
Doe, Mr. John
Widgets Co.

Thank You

Oliver, Thanks so much. I opened the 2007 link, followed the instructions and
the address book is now in last, first format.

Hi ibexx,

sorry, it was the wrong Outlook version.

This link is for Outlook 2007:

"Display the Contacts list in last name, first name format"
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...CH100622101033

Maybe it helps.

Outlook 2007, Windows XP Pro with service pack 2: How do I file contacts
as
"last name, first name"? I selected that format using pull down menu on
contact properties page however first name - last name format remains and
doesn't change ot last - first.
