Add me to the list of those who miss the 'reminder bell' in the calendar
display. I don't know how many times I open appointments to make sure I have
a reminder set. I've become so dependent on the reminder that if it is not
set I will likely be late or even miss appointments.

groups
in their study of how people work with computers. They also make
heavy use
of usability labs and even send people around to offices to watch
how real
people in the real world work. They are also aware people miss the
bell - I
had the opportunity to speak with the product team recently and it
was on
the list of user complaints we discussed.
