Default just created outlook

You can't send them back once you've downloaded them.

yes i used pop. so can i down load them back to how it was or do i have to
forward everything and then remove that address

Outlook is a mail handler, not an 'account'
If you set up a pop mail account in outlook, then it would download all
msgs, that is what a pop account does.
If you are saying you no longer have access to these msgs on your web
interface, the only way of recovering them is by sending/forwarding them

to
that mail address.

If your mail address supports imap (eg google) then configuring a imap
account would enable you to access msgs both in Outlook and on your web
interface
