Change your Calendar view to All Appointments via the View menu. As this
is a table view, you can now easily select all the calendar items and move
them to your other Calendar.

For future reference, you might want to take note how to properly backup
and restore Outlook as getting this Calendar duplication clearly indicates
you have done something wrong in your restoration process ;-)
