Outlook doesn't even stay open long enough for me to get to the menus to
create a new profile.

I had a problem with my installation of Vista Home Premium where by it
wasn't
installing updates. After working with MS Support I finally did a "repair
install" and this fixed the updating problem and Vista when off and
installed
the backlog of 61 updates. However now Outlook 2007 constantly crashes.
I get a dialog box telling me "Microsoft Outlook has stopped working". If
I
clear that dialog box it's back again about 3 minutes later and so on ad
infinitum.
After a few of these the diagnostic tool ran and found no problems. I've
run
a repair install of the whole office suite, I've uninstalled Outlook and
re-installed. Still the same symptoms.
Is this something anyone can offer any advice on? Is there even a way of
getting more information on what the problem is?.
