It looks as though WinZip is my best option at this time. I had forgotten
this was an option, and it allows 256-bit AES encryption. I will also look
into getting Digital IDs from thawte.com next time as suggested on other
news groups.

you really can't... a password protected zip would give you some security.
A secure webserver would also work.
