Actually the Data File button won't let me change the name of the PST!?!

It will let me add a new one (Outlook.pst) but won't let me delete the newly
created one (Outlook3.pst).

Is there any documentation on this - the Outlook help is next to useless
and I can't find anything about this on the Microsoft support site.
