Default Text Wrapping in month view

it doesn't change anything with outlook's print capability, but it has
better capabilities, including wrapping text.

There are other tools too - starting with the word templates. See
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for links.

How to ask a question: http://support.microsoft.com/KB/555375

After furious head scratching, Carol asked:

| It used to be in older version of Outlook, on the monthly calendar
| view, if I entered an appointment it would wrap text in the box until
| the box was used up. So, if I had an appointment, it would show the
| full apppointment information when I printed the calendar. Now I
| just get one line. So if I have a Dr. Appointment, for example, even
| with a smaller font size, I still only get a portion of it displayed
| in the box for that day on the calendar. Is there a way to change
| this?
