Default sharing calender

OUTLOOK 2003 can only share calendars easily with Exchange server. If you
don't have exchange server your options are limited.

I am trying to get my desktop PC, running MS Outlook 2003, to share my
calendar with others (coming in from the Internet) and also looking at
selected other calendars. I cannot find the instructions to perform such
sharing. Any ideas?

I have config outlook to share my calender with other permitted users.
But
when I try and publish my calender I get a server error return and my
upload
has failed. What am I doing wrong?
