I am having this problem with one of our users. Have tried the switch
solution but has not worked. Has anyone found any other fixes.

I have noticed this behavior on a couple of my machines running Outook

Reads meeting requests as occuring in the next hour/half-hour after
receipt
of the request. Everything is fine on the server, OWA or viewing with
Entourage.

Just had my PC re-imaged by our IT department & now my Outlook is doing
weird things with the calendar.
When I create a meeting request or appointment, whatever time or date I
set
in the form is ignored and the meeting/appointment is entered in my
calendar
at the time/date it is created.
If I accept a meeting request from another user, this is also entered
in my
calendar as if the meeting was to be at the time the request was
received
instead of the time specified in the meeting form.
Driving me up the wall.
Any ideas?
