Default meeting invitation

It is by design in newer versions - they are trying to reduce "object spam"
where people use reminders, flags etc to get the recipients attention. But
if it worked before and only the domain name changed, it should still work.
If you changed server versions or outlook versions, then it is to be
expected.

I posted the problem in the Partner Online Portal with name "Meeting
Invitation: labeling is not be transmitted". There a technican wrote it is

problem by design. He touched the case to developer team. Perhaps you can
read the entries?

Can You test if there is color at your meeting request at your recipients?

I also testet it with Outlook 2007. It is the same problem. I think it is
a
problem with outlook itself.
But bevore we change something at the server it worked fine!

You can test it yourself.When you make a new calendar entry and give it

color , perhaps red for important, and then save as *.msg

Then open *.msg and you see the color.
When you make it with a meeting request there is no color in the saved
file.

Perhaps this can help the developer team.


Yes, it is the same environment. The office is selled to a other
company.
So
we had to change all Mail addresses and the Damain for the Exchange
Server.
After that everything works fine, exept color at meeting invitation.

The only rule you can do is to remove labels on incomming mails. This
rule
means a other label from the mail directly.

The label in my opinion is in the calender.
When you get a meeting invitation via mail you can press the button
"Apply".
So you get automatically a calender entry.
The label "holiday" in this calender entry in color gray I mean.
