Thanks for your input Diane. No that did not work. Would this malfunction
be
controlled by the 'define views' area? However I have not changed any
setting
there, It shows (the top line) current view settings|all calendar
folders|/day/week/month

Hmm, it should work. Try resetting the Day/Week/Month view - go to View,
Current view, Customize... select the Day/Week/Month view and click
Reset.

Thanks for the response Diane, but that did not work for me. It just
took
me
to that list view of my calendar events.

My preferred monthly calendar view is day/week/month. If I search
for a
calendar item, when I return to my calendar, it has reset to a 'list
all
appointments' view, then I then have to reset it back to my
preferred
view.
Is there a work around this?

My Calendar view just changed also. Right after performing a search,
my default view is a list view now. I can get it back manually by
selecting another calendar, selecting my calendar, then de-selecting
the other calendar. This is really frustrating - if anyone has a
resolution, please let me know - samooreatl @ gmail.com- Hide quoted text -

To solve this, change to your calendar. Click view--Current view--
Define Views
Select 'Current view settings' and click reset. You should now see
the viewtype to be in Da/Week/Month view.
If this doesn't work, try modifying this view manually.
Thanks for the response, but I tried this before and this did not solve the
problem.
