Virus scanning is 'Off' for Outbound mail.
All updates current except latest Outlook Junkmail filter
(office2003-KB962870-FullFile-ENU) to avert shared foul-ups pending
OutlookExpress fix.

Gotta be Socket Error, right? But What and Why (and How to fix)? IE,
Outlook
& Error Reporting I/O just fine.
