Default Font size stuck on size 12 when creating new message.

Always include previous messages in your replies. I, for one, don't keep any
post more than ten days old, and some even less. With that in mind, I have
no idea what you have tried so far.

Tools | Options | Compose. Is *anything* checked in the Stationery section?

Have you tried a new identity? File | Identity | Add New Identity. Create a
new one and test it. If all is well, you can import your messages from the
old identity and delete it.

In OE: Tools | Options | Read | Fonts. Choose: Western European (ISO).

Clear the Temporary Internet Files. In IE | Tools | Internet Options |
Delete Files button. And check the box to Delete Offline content.

Although written for WinXP, it works for all Windows operating systems 98 or
newer.

If you are using WinXP/SP2, and it was not already on your computer from the
factory, you will have to remove SP2 first.

I can change the font size in the formatting toolbar but when I type the
first letter it reverts to size 12. I've tried formatting the font size
and
most things I can think of to no avail. Is there some way to clear the
locked
font size?
