Default Server for name validation, without sending email to that recipien

This was different enough from my other post I though it made sense to
seperate it into a different thread.

I'd like to take advantage of the Outlook server name list, providing the
user a box just like the To, cc:, or bcc: boxes where they can use the
built-in name validation...but use that as a field in the form, not have it
go to that person. For example, if we want to build a form for managers to
document certain employee actions, we need to know which employee, but not
have the documentation go to that employee.

I played with the built-in fields to try to figure out either how they make
the data connection, or better, just break the email link so that a name in
that particular box isn't included in the email distribution. So far, I
haven't found either. Can someone tell me where to look for the corresponding
properties and actions for that particular field, or any pointers on how to
go about doing this?

I don't know how much it impacts forms, but I do need to remain compatible
with Outlook 2003 and 2007 users.

Thank you,
Keith
