Default Crashes when trying to print "selected" contacts

Thanks so much. I will wait awhile. If nothing happens in a few weeks, I'll
go back to sp1. Thanks for you prompt help

They've known for at least a few weeks but I don't know the status of the
fix. Not knowing how much you print selected contacts or what improvements
in SP2 are important to you, I really can't advise you. I know I would
probably keep sp2 and wait, but I don't print contacts much - I print more
mail and like the ability to choose a page range. (plus s2 is faster and
more reliable.)

You can open a support incident - PSS may release a hotfix through support
before they release it to the public.

Thanks for the info. How long has it been a known bug, months/a year?
Should I go back to sp1 where it worked or wait?

It's a known bug - they are aware of the problem and investigating it. At
this time there is not a fix.

I have SP2 outlook 2007. Wether I select 1 or 5 or any number of
contacts
in
the "card view" and choose print selected, outlook crashed. Did not do
this
in SP1.
Only happens in the 3 card views. The other views (table views) print
fine.
Any work arounds or fixes?
