Labels are not included on meeting requests.
Also note that Outlook 2007 does not have labels either. It has color
categories - the colors are set by each user. The user will receive the
category but not the color you assigned to the category unless you do it
using a view.
(And to make it more confusing, Outlook 2003 had colored flags. )

Yes, it is the same environment. The office is selled to a other
company.
So
we had to change all Mail addresses and the Damain for the Exchange
Server.
After that everything works fine, exept color at meeting
invitation.

When you get a meeting invitation via mail you can press the button
"Apply".
So you get automatically a calender entry.
