Please turn off your CAPS Lock key. Posting in all upper case is considered
rude, to the point of shouting. It may cause messages to be ignored for an
assumed lack of politeness.

A simple workaround for your problem would be uncheck the "ignore font size"
and then invest in a mouse with a scrolling wheel. Once you have one
installed, click on the page you wish to view, and then hold the Ctrl key
and move the scrolling wheel. The text will change size rapidly and then
the change can be easily reversed.

Otherwise, you may just have to learn to live with the problem since I don't
think it will be fixed in Windows in the future. Sorry.
