Default Syncing outlook calenders

Well, my advice would be to fix the server problems - storage is cheap
and you'll be glad you did it.

That said, I'm not aware of a capable sync tool but you might check here
and see if you can find one that works for you:

I don't think I quite understand your environment...why are you using
server mailboxes AND PST files?

It's really best-practice to just use the Exchange Mailbox and that
would seem to solve your sync problem.

Hi Guys

We run an exch 2003 box, but we have the outlook pst stored and delivered
locally on the machine instead of the server mailbox, this gives the user 2
calenders in outlook but they dont seem to sync any new meetings or current
appoinments across the 2, Is there a way i can have them sync automatically

Thanks

Reason been limited space avail on server, and the person who did the
initial migration from 2000 did not follow the correct steps so now i'm stuck
with loads of pst's which are local on laptops and server based for the
desktops (home drive)

i need to be able to sync the calenders is there a way or not

Thanks will check the site.. yeah the new server is on the menu with raid and more than enough storage and memory capacity, also a fesh proper install of exch 2003 and importing of there old mail pst's into the new mailbox
