You'll need a third-party tool or VBA code you write yourself if you want to
keep two calendars in sync.

You should be delivering your data to the mailbox, not a PST. Why are you
using a PST? Perhaps there are other approaches we can suggest if you tell us
the reasons behind your configuration.
