Where does this "File-Send To-Bluetooth" come from? What version of
Outlook?

After furious head scratching, Adam asked:

| I am a big outlook user and in recent times have sent my calendar
| appointments to my Sony k750i mobile phone via bluetooth using
| FileSend to Bluetooth, and then saving the appointment on my phone.
| However for some unknown reason, I am unable to select 'Send to
| Bluetooth' from the File menu although it is not 'greyed out' as you
| would expect it to be if that option were not available - it simply
| won't allow my to select it. My bluetooth adapter is functioning
| fine.
