Outlook 2007 - Windows XP
I want to print them to a "file", not hard copies. There are 350 of them.
I want to be able to delete the extra information contained in each one
(recapped prior emails leading up to a particular response) and would love
to be able to do it in Word (2007) or WordPerfect (dirty word). When I try
to print to a file, the program freezes.....probably because I have so
many emails that I'm working with.

Is there a way to print all of the messages in an Inbox folder ?
Just select them (all). Then print them.
When posting, please give the group some information! - Outlook version,
OS, etc.
