Until about the last 2 weeks my OE has run fine(I've been on XP since 2005).
Recently I keep receiving the following error message and no emails:

An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'mira.net', Server:
'mail.pacific.net.au', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800C0133

My service provider says the problem is not with them but with
Windows,possibly in the Registry and I'll need a patch to fix it . Can anyone
help?
