hi. can anybody help me i have windows xp pro with service pack 2 and
us outlook express 6 for emailing. now the thing is i can send emails
and get no report back undelivered or any error reports. so it looks
like it has gone ok. but the person i am sending to sometimes
recieves the email and more than often will not recieve it. has

That's a classic symptom of AV scanning of outgoing e-mails. Try
turning off the email scans for a day or so and it'll most likely stop
happening.
