In Outlook 2003, I am attempting to export my Contacts to CSV or Excel. When
I run the Import/Export Wizard, I select Export to a file, click Next, then
select a file type, then Next. At the "Select folder to export from" dialog,
there are NO choices in the white space. The list is blank, as if Outlook is
looking in the wrong place for Mailbox.pab. Any suggestions?
