Which version of Outlook? For Outlook 2003, it's
ToolsOptionsSpellingIngore original message text in reply or forward.
Outlook 2007 has a similar option, although I believe it's located via a
different series of clicks (I'm not at my OL 2007 system right now, so can't
tell you.)
